Reach Europe. Change the World.

Our brains are tired after 5 1/2 hours of French class yesterday and 7 hours today, but it is good.  And after just 2 days of language school, it's obvious that, like we shared over the last year, the nations are coming to Europe.

We have met people in our class from Russia, Qatar, Albania, Japan, Venezuela, Taiwan, China, Spain, Brazil, Thailand, Switzerland, Lithuania, and more.

Not only do we have the opportunity to minister to the French, but we have the opportunity to share Christ with people from all over the world.  When learning a language, it is easy to share your story.  The first conversations we learn have include information about our families, our professions, our ages, where we live, where we are from, what we think of France, etc.  "Je m'apppelle Kate.  Je suis des États-Unis et j'habite à Aix-les-Bains.  Je travaille avec une église protestante." (Translated:  My name is Kate.  I am from the United States and I live in Aix-les-Bains.  I work with a protestant church.)  Many students are visiting France for 1-2 weeks to study the language then returning to their home country.  They are intrigued that we plan to study at IFALPES for the rest of the year (at least).  It will be interesting to see where conversations go.  Pray we'd share Jesus with those we meet - including our professors!
