France 2.0

We just finished a conference in Chicago about T4T--in short, a strategy for evangelism, discipleship, and church-planting.  It was a really good, challenging, and tiring conference.  One of those drinking water from the fire hydrant kind of weeks.  We would love to share how God has been challenging us through T4T.

Later today will we fly to France, where we will visit several cities, including Paris, Aix-les-bains, Lille, and Grenoble.  We are excited for our trip.  We are praying that we will have discernment about where God would have us serve.  That is the main purpose of this trip: to meet sever possible people and places where we could serve long-term.  We had the opportunity last night to meet a French couple who is planning on being part of a church-planting team in Aix-les-bains.  They are currently studying at Wheaton College here in Illinois.  We had a great team hearing about how God has stirred their hearts to meet the needs of their own French people and sharing the Gospel with them.

If you would join us in prayer, you can pray for discernment as we travel.  We will meet with lots of people in several different places.  Pray that God would speak clearly and that we would have discernment in seeking where God wants us.  We really just want to be wherever God wants us to be.  You can also pray that we would have rest when we need it, energy when we need it, and good health over the whole trip.
